Returns and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at guinefurrie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (alternatively if the package was open carefully/unopened the buyer can seal it back up carefully and write on the front of the package "RETURN TO SENDER" in black marker leaving the return address visible. Then drop it off at the Post Office, it will be sent back to me at no charge to either of us). Items sent back to without first requesting/consulting a return will not be accepted/eligible for refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Digital downloads (items purchased in order to downloaded a file)
  • Items on sale (items discounted/on clearance/purchased with a gift card)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, etc)

Returns and exchange details

I care about quality first and foremost, so I will always do my best to make sure I have packaged an order carefully so it will arrive safely.

  • The buyer is responsible for making sure the item being returned/exchanged is in the proper condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • If an order is lost upon being shipped to the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact me within 30 days of the alleged time the item was to arrive. Upon the buyer's request, I will either refund the buyer's full payment on the order or I will send the same item (if in stock, if not then I will only refund).
